A leading Liverpool law firm has launched a consumer division dedicated to handling professional negligence claims.
Armstrongs Solicitors, which believes it is the fastest growing law firm in Merseyside, has been flooded with claims against doctors, surveyors, lawyers and many other professions.
Beenletdown.com was piloted in Preston late last year and due to its success has now been rolled out across Merseyside.
Backed by an extensive radio advertising campaign, Armstrongs plans to take its consumer brand even further afield in the coming months.
Ian Carruthers, a Director at Armstrongs, says he has been shocked by the serious nature of many of the claims against fellow solicitors, surveyors, dentists and surgeons.
Speaking at the launch of www.beenletdown.com in Liverpool, Mr. Carruthers said: “People often feel helpless when they are let down by a professional in whom they have placed their trust and often their livelihood.
“It is important that when someone has a genuine claim for professional negligence that they feel there is someone they can turn to who will give them the right advice.
“Since we launched www.beenletdown.com last year we have been inundated with very serious claims against various professionals from GPs to surveyors and solicitors.
“Now there is no hiding place for those guilty of professional negligence. Our experienced team will do everything they can to get the results our clients deserve.”
